Handsworth Golf Club’s clubhouse was opened on 22nd February 1906 and is set overlooking the Club’s fishing lake and 1st tee. Situated in the heart of the Midlands only 10 minutes drive from the city centre, Handsworth provides a tranquil setting in which to escape the noise of suburban living.

The main lounge and restaurant at the Club were completely refurbished in 2005.  We have also recently completed development of our new Casual Lounge and Office facility.

The Bar is open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday, 12pm to 11pm.  Saturday, 12pm to 11:30pm and Sunday, 11am to 9pm.

The Restaurant is also open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm. Saturday, 12pm to 9pm and Sunday, 1pm to 4pm. The menu offers an excellent mix of traditional and modern dishes and the desserts are nothing short of legendary amongst the members. Societies and Company Days can be easily catered for.

Our balcony, which overlooks the lake and golf course, is great for summer drinks and food.  When the weather permits!
